Extra characters on Polish keyboard
Uploading log in Polish now has correct characters displayed on PC.

For Polish, technical input activation turns on an LED.
Bug Fixes
All panels now send at least one loop to Site Installer to get round a problem with how it stores zone
data.
Auxiliary board type is no longer reset on auto learn.
On download from PC to panel, the panel preserves settings not overwritten by the download.
When CDR data is reset (auto learn etc), FPE, FRE and sounder disablement flags are cleared.
Now shows correct count of zones in system details.
Filled in missing characters from central European font.
Corrected some problems with Czech and Slovak.
Fixed bug displaying fires and pre-alarms incorrectly on screen-cover level 1 screen.
For the central European font, the panel will now attempts to re-map the non displayable characters
when in text mode.
