6. Simply hit OK, and the Welcome Screen will appear. Click on Basic Settings (located on the left hand of the screen) to
get to the screen shown below.
7. We recommend using a static IP address. The information needed can be obtained from your IT department.
8. Configure the remaining settings as needed. Using the default is recommended.
9. Once the IP address is set, press "Save Changes" and click “Commit Settings”.
10. Make sure the CL-6 is powered on
11. With the Ethernet module connected to Com 2 on the CL-6 control, set Function Code 160 (on the CL-6 control) to
DNP.
12. With the Ethernet module connected to Com 2 on the CL-6 control, set Function Code 161 (on the CL-6 control) to
9600 baud rate. This should match the speed configured in the Ethernet card in Step 6 above.
